Wanted - Quality Standards Steering Group volunteers

Do you want to influence the great quality support we offer? Can you spare a day every couple of months and take part in email discussions too? We need people with MS and existing MS Society group volunteers to join our Quality Standards Steering Group.

The steering group was established at the beginning of 2016 to develop the Quality Standards we need to ensure everyone has access to excellent MS Society services and support.

We need you to help us continue this project. You’ll be part of a team of MS Society volunteers and staff who will meet regularly to review our progress, consider evidence and contribute to the decisions we make. We need you to be a confident communicator with good IT skills, who will take part fully, both at meetings and in between by email.

Meetings will take place at the MS National Centre in London, which is fully accessible and has on-site parking. We’d like you to attend meetings in person, but you can also ‘dial in’ by telephone. Your travel expenses will be reimbursed and overnight accommodation can be provided if required.

Closing date for applications: Monday 21 November 2016.
