Our Service Level Agreements for fitness activities

Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) ensures that you can provide in a safe environment for members and visitors to take part in a range of fitness activities that include exercise, therapies and complimentary therapies.

The SLA meets legal minimum standards to keep you, your members and visitors safe. It also helps protect the MS Society financially - and you from personal liability.
