We know it’s not always practical to visit a solicitor to make your will. Through our partner, Octopus Legacy, you can write your will quickly and securely from the comfort of your own home. Whether it's your first time writing a will, or you want to update one, this is a simple way to get it sorted.

As an MS Society volunteer, you can use this service for free.

How does it work?

• Online: Visit the Octopus Legacy website and use the code MSSSTAFF to write your will for free.

• Prefer to chat?: Call 020 4525 3605 to arrange a phone or face-to-face appointment — just mention the MS Society.

If you'd like to share this opportunity with people who aren't MS Society volunteers, the code to give them is MSSFREE.

All wills are checked by a legal professional, and their expert team will be on hand if you have any questions.
