HSV: 126 - MS Society Gazebo Checklist

This checklist to be completed on the day, by a competent person who is present throughout the event and is responsible for the erection, supervision, management and dismantling of the gazebo. To be competent; the individual must have read the manufacturer’s instructions, have performed these tasks prior to the event – these can be practice runs; and be knowledgeable in terms of the actions to be taken in an emergency.
