Thanking volunteers with an award

By celebrating the contributions of your group's volunteers, you’ll help them feel appreciated and stay motivated.



Shining Star Award

The MS Society Shining Star Award Scheme is designed to recognise outstanding individual or group contributions by volunteers who are working with or on behalf of people affected by MS. Volunteers and staff can nominate a worthy volunteer or group of volunteers.

Certificates of appreciation

You can also request a certificate of appreciation to recognise the contributions volunteers make to the work of your branch or group.

Saltire Awards

If your branch is based in Scotland, you can thank your young volunteers with a Saltire Award. Supported by the Scottish government, Saltire Awards recognise young volunteers' achievements with Saltire Award certificates and Young Scot rewards points.
