Doing your training and staying up to date is an important part of your volunteering role. The teams that deliver training understand how busy our volunteers are. They try to make their training as relevant and accessible as possible.
We understand that some volunteers may feel more confident than others when accessing their training. So, our Training Officer, Josh Barnbrook, is hosting some troubleshooting support sessions.
Josh can support you with:
Logging into your training account
Answering general training questions
Providing help to complete your eLearning
Help with using Zoom/MS Teams for training
