MS Week- ’Stop the MS Lottery’

This year’s MS Week is from Monday 29 April - 5 May. This year’s campaign is called ’Stop the MS Lottery’ and will be based around the MS Society report called ‘A lottery of treatment and care: MS services across the UK.’ The report documents the findings from the ‘My MS, My Needs’ survey, revealing the worrying extent to which people living with MS face a ‘lottery’ when it comes to accessing treatment and care for their condition.

Throughout MS Week we want people to join our campaign to stop this MS lottery – whether it’s lobbying MPs or sharing news about the campaign on their Facebook page, MS Week aims to engage people and influence positive change. We ask our local branches to send out the Letter to Editor to local papers, in order to highlight the need for better access to support in their area.
