The Neurological Alliance has launched a survey to assess people's experiences of neurology services in England.

We're members of The Neurological Alliance, an organisation which campaigns to improve the lives of those affected by neurological conditions.
This survey covers key areas like diagnosis, access to specialists, referrals between services and patient involvement in planning of treatement and care. The feedback will be used to build the first national picture of neurological services and raise awareness with decision makers.
The survey is open until Monday 15 September 2014; please share with your branch and members. Your experiences will contribute to identifying areas for improvement in services in England.
