Being easy to contact by email has become an important way to let people affected by MS know our community is here for them through the highs, lows and everything in between.
MS Society email is your group’s official ‘@mssociety.org.uk’ email address. We want you to use MS Society email whenever you represent us.

Using MS Society email
You’ve told us that MS Society email supports your group to make a good impression on people who contact you, gives you a shared space to keep meeting notes, and makes it easier to receive and store personal data securely. However, you also told us you need more storage space and that you want to be able to access MS Society email when you're out and about.
Moving to Office 365
We listened to what you told us, and in April we moved all MS Society email accounts to Office 365. This enabled us to increase your inbox storage capacity. And soon we’ll start piloting individual MS Society email accounts for Coordinating Team members to give you access to MS Society email via personal devices such as smartphones and tablets.

Under the GDPR, there are specific rules for dealing with emails. You must follow these rules whenever you send, receive and store email communications on our behalf.
