Key updates
Our strategy and goals
Our new strategy was agreed by the membership at September’s AGM. We’ve updated the Group Handbook to reflect our three new organisational goals.
Internal financial controls
We’ve replaced the internal financial controls checklist with a checklist version of Appendix 4: MS Society financial rules for groups, to be signed off and submitted by 31 January each year.

We’ve refined our Service Level Agreement (SLA) definition and developed a new generic template to support you and your LNO to set one up.

When you’ve received your printed copy, please destroy any previous ones to ensure you’re always using the most up to date version.
