Walk, roll or stroll to stop MS

We know the COVID-19 outbreak has made life incredibly tough for many people, especially in the MS community. The virtual My MS Walk will help people stay active, be part of a virtual community and raise life-changing funds for MS research.

You can get involved in My MS Walk wherever and whenever you like, even if you are shielding at home, as we know many people in the MS community are. It doesn’t matter whether you walk up and down the stairs, roll around your garden or stroll through the park.

With the My MS Walk hub, you can join the virtual My MS Walk community with live social media feeds, track your activity through the fitness app, Strava, and bring out your competitive streak with live leaderboards and fundraising badges.

Lily Atkinson, aged 14, is one of the amazing people already getting involved. Lily signed up for My MS Walk in memory of her dad, Simon. Her socially-distanced walks took place around her home in Looe and along Cornwall’s coastal path. She walked 10 miles a day for 10 consecutive days in May, raising an incredible £2,140.
