We know there have been different levels of group activity over the past few months. Those who have been using service providers for online exercise classes, or who have done some online fundraising, etc, are likely to have had financial transactions. But even those groups whose activities are paused may have received donations.
If you are a coordinating team member, you can keep oversight of your group’s finances by ensuring that all transactions in Online Accounting are fully analysed, and then generating a report. We recommend analysing them on a regular basis, so the task does not build up – and ask that you remember to do so, even during this difficult time.
