Last year 95 people affected by MS joined us at one of our Wellbeing Sessions and 1,147 participants attended our information webinars. Following feedback about how helpful these Living Well sessions were, we’ve been busy planning our 2021 programme. We’re pleased to be able to now share with you what we have in store over the next few months.
Wellbeing information webinars
These interactive webinars will be held on a monthly basis. They will provide the latest information on specific topics and how to manage your MS. Themes include Building Resilience and Good Mental Health, Pregnancy and Family Planning, Relationships, Cognition, and many more! We’ll also be joined by some wonderful guest speakers.

We also have 12 wellbeing sessions planned for this year. These sessions are designed for:
People who are newly diagnosed
People living with MS
People experiencing changing symptoms
People with progressive forms of MS
Family and friends
The sessions will run once a week for four weeks. They’ll provide the opportunity to share experiences, learn new skills and connect with others living with MS.

These sessions are for people who have been diagnosed with MS in the last five years and are a chance to chat, reflect on and share experiences.

Living with MS
Living with MS comes with its ups and downs. Join us to connect with other people across the UK with MS.
The sessions will take place on Thursday 18 February, Thursday 25 February, Thursday 4 March and Thursday 11 March from 7:00 to 8:30pm. For more information and to book, please click this link.
Progressive forms of MS
These sessions will help connect people living with progressive forms of MS to share experiences.
The sessions will take place at 7pm-8.30pm on Wednesday 31 March, Wednesday 7 April, Wednesday 14 April and Wednesday 21 April. For more information and to book, please click this link.
