The last 18 months have been challenging on many levels, for individuals and for our organisation. We appreciate, and see the impact of, the support you continue to provide the MS community during this time through your volunteering. Thank you.
As we recover from the pandemic, we want to take the time to understand how you are feeling about your experience as a volunteer. We hope that you can help us understand what we are doing well and where we can make improvements to make your experience better.
Your feedback will be used to identify and prioritise areas which require the most attention, and this will feed into our future planning. In doing this we can make changes which will have the greatest impact on improving your volunteering.
Every two years, we send out a survey to all our volunteers. This year we are asking a range of questions on topics including the support you’ve received throughout the last 18 months, including during and after the changes that we’ve made in the organisation.
It’s incredibly important to us that as many volunteers as possible complete the survey, so the results are as representative as they can be.
It takes about 20 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous, and we will not be able to trace any individual responses. You can access the survey online here until 5 December.
