National Lottery Community Fund - Awards for All system update

On Wednesday 23 November 2022, the National Lottery Awards for All platform will be updated. Any part-completed applications will be deleted from the current system.

I have a part-completed application on the current system. What should I do?

Either

If you’re ready to do so, complete and submit your application on the current system by noon on Wednesday 23 November (even if the system says you have more time). But there’s no need to do this if you’re not ready. The questions and requested information will be the same on the new system.

Or

Take a copy of your unfinished application information from the current system, by copying and pasting its contents into a Microsoft Word document, or similar. You can then use this to start a new application on the new system, after 2pm on Wednesday 23 November.

I’ve already submitted an application on the current system. What will happen to it?

Submitted applications from the old system will be transferred over to the new one. But, to be on the safe side, we recommend that you save all the information from any submitted applications by noon on Wednesday 23 November. You can do this by accessing an application on the current system and copying and pasting its contents into a Microsoft Word document, or similar.

Will I need new login details for the new system?

No. Your current login details will work on the new system. The new system should also look and feel familiar.

Who do I contact if I have further questions?

If you have any concerns about your applications, contact the National Lottery Community Fund here.

If you’re thinking about applying for a grant and want some more information, contact our Fundraising Team at [email protected].
