Update on Web to Print

We’re pleased to announce we now have a newly designed suite of marketing templates. These will be available for groups and individuals to order from the end of February.

We’re currently fine-tuning the order process to ensure this is as easy to use as possible. We appreciate your patience during this as we reach the final stages of this project. 

New templates available

The templates that will be available to order, once the new process has officially launched, will be:

  • Newsletter (4pp, 8pp and 12pp options)

  • Leaflet (two-sided and trifold options)

  • Pop-up banner

  • Poster (long and shorter text options)

  • Social media assets (Facebook header and post, Twitter Header and post, Instagram Story and post and LinkedIn header and post)

  • Certificate

  • Lanyard cards

  • ID cards

  • Appointment cards

The new process will allow you to customise the copy and imagery on these templates within the new designs that are set. There will be a selection of imagery to choose from, or you’re welcome to upload your own imagery. We’re also commissioning new photography that will be available in the coming months to use.

Digital versions of the templates will be free to order and we'll be encouraging a digital-first approach with the new system where possible. More information about printing will be available once the new process launches.

User Testing and next steps

Thanks to everyone who’s volunteered to be involved in the user testing. We’ll be asking these groups to take part in testing our new process in the next couple of weeks, and look forward to receiving the feedback on the interim solution.
