MS Walks are back for 2023, returning to Bristol, Cardiff, Glasgow, London and Manchester.
Join an MS Walk near you and sign up to be an MS Superstar volunteer, supporting everyone who's walking, rolling and strolling to stop MS. You'll be part of an incredible team of volunteers who will be helping to make our MS Walks bigger and better than ever.
Roles include:
General Volunteer - If you just want to get involved and aren’t worried about what jobs you're given, this is the role for you.
Rest area volunteer - There are rest areas along the routes. We need people to hand out water and snacks and to cheer everyone on as they make their way around.
Venue volunteer - This role will help with a variety of things, including checking people in at the start of the day, handing out course maps at the start and medals at the finish, and cheering walkers as they start and finish.
The volunteering roles will last for one day and there are various times throughout the day that you can join us from. Shifts will be from 2-6 hours depending on role and location.
