During the pandemic we all got much more used to communicating online. And there are now even more ways for us to share information, ideas and feedback.
One of our Community Development Officers, Paula MacGillivray, is in the final stages of completing her apprenticeship in Business Management, which the MS Society has supported. This means her research and assignments need to be of relevance to the organisation.
For her final dissertation, Paula's keen to understand how online engagement has been affected by the pandemic, what's working well, and where you feel we could be doing more.
