We emailed on 21 November to let you know about changes to the Portal functionality. This means that, for now, you'll need to email the Volunteer Support Team (VST) to request contact data for your group. You can read more about this here if you missed the email.
We've been working on an improved process so that you can access your own contact data and labels, but this is taking longer than we had hoped to set up. We also want to make sure that we have the right support and how-to guides to help you do this.
We therefore won't now be launching this new process until the new year. Until then, you'll need to continue to email VST on [email protected] and request that they send you any contact data you need. Please submit any requests for between Christmas and New Year before 22 December, as VST will be closed between 23 December and 2 January.
We’re sorry for the delay, but we want to ensure that the new process works for everyone. And with reduced staff capacity coming up, we need more time to do this well.
