Face-to-face fundraising update

It's been wonderful to work more closely with our volunteers since restarting our face-to-face fundraising campaign in May. Thanks to everyone who's fed back, asked questions or even interacted with our fundraisers! It's been so valuable in making this campaign the best it can be.

We’ve had a great response since restarting the campaign. So far, over 1,400 people have started a new gift to the charity, with an average gift of £119 across a year. This is a great result and will help to make a difference to people living with MS. The feedback we've had from supporters about the fundraisers has also been great:

Thanks also to group volunteers who have kept us up to date with their group’s fundraising plans. This has helped us maximise fundraising activity by avoiding location clashes. With Christmas around the corner, we know that some groups may be planning local festive fundraising. Do let us know, either directly or via your Volunteer Support Officer, about any plans, so we can ensure the professional fundraisers avoid these locations.
