Get active with a new app

'We Are Undefeatable' is a collective movement supporting people with a range of long-term health conditions. The campaign is developed by 15 leading health and social care charities and backed by expertise, insight and significant National Lottery funding from Sport England.
The movement aims to support and encourage people to find ways of being active that work for them, and their health condition.
New We Are Undefeatable app
The MS Society has been involved since the start of the campaign in 2019, and we’ve continued to share the important message around physical activity.
We're now delighted to offer our volunteers, and the wider MS community, the opportunity to download, try and test the new We Are Undefeatable app for free for a limited time — until 31 March 2025.
The app offers individual on-demand workouts tailored to the user, and virtual group sessions led by a live host. It’s a great opportunity to get access to practical support to get moving.
Features of the We Are Undefeatable app:
Completely free to download and use
Co-designed with award-winning health tech provider, Good Boost
Exercises developed by trained physiotherapists
Individual on-demand workouts tailored to you and your body
Virtual group sessions with a live host
In-app tools to help you stay on track

We're also hosting our next monthly Move More with MS online session on 17 February. Facilitated by our Physical Activities Specialist, Shahida, this is an opportunity to discuss the benefits of keeping active, connect with others and share and learn in a safe and informal space.
