MS Walk for Stop MS

MS Walks are expanding every year, and we’re excited to make 2025 our biggest year yet! We’re so close to reaching our goal of raising £100 million for MS research through our Stop MS Appeal. In 2025 all funds raised through MS Walks will go directly to the appeal in its final and crucial year. But we still need your support to get over the line!

About the Stop MS Appeal

Since launching the Stop MS Appeal we’ve made remarkable progress in the treatment revolution. But today, a diagnosis of progressive MS can mean facing a future with no treatment options to slow progression. Our goal is to support as many people with MS as possible, and through fundraising efforts like the MS Walks, we can achieve new breakthroughs.

Volunteer at an MS Walk

We’re looking for people to be part of an incredible team of volunteers who will be helping to make MS Walk 2025 bigger and better than ever.

You can get involved in Manchester, Belfast, Birmingham, Glasgow, London or Cardiff and support everyone who's walking, rolling or strolling to stop MS.

There are various roles available on the day — from cheering and encouraging our walkers, to looking after the course and handing out water, snacks and medals. The roles are for one day and start times vary. Shifts will be from two to six hours, depending on role and location.

How your group can help us reach our target

We warmly invite our groups to join the MS Walks, alongside hundreds of passionate individuals, all united in raising funds to help Stop MS.

Just sign up to take part in an MS Walk here. You’ll then be asked to create a JustGiving page by clicking ‘Start Fundraising’. The JustGiving platform will guide you through the necessary steps to set up your page. But if you’d like any support, don’t hesitate to contact [email protected].

We’re asking groups to do this via JustGiving instead of Enthuse, so we can ensure funds go directly to the Stop MS Appeal. Donations through the JustGiving platform have been specifically restricted for the Stop MS Appeal and go towards the total raised.
