You are here
Assemble is live! And there’s still time to become an ‘Early Adopter’

It’s taken some time to get here, but we’re excited to announce our new data platform, Sage, and volunteer management system, Assemble, have gone live for staff.
Over the next few months, staff will be undertaking training and getting used to Assemble, so we’re ready to support you to start using it from January 2026 onwards.
This means recruiting new volunteers will also now be done through Assemble and managed by staff until recruiting volunteers are using the system. Any applications currently being processed on REACH will need to be completed on REACH. We hope people applying for roles find the new interface and system more efficient to use.
We’ll be rolling out Assemble to all volunteers over a six-month period, starting with our ‘Early Adopters’ in January. You can find out more about what becoming an Early Adopter means here.
If you’d like to be one of the first to use Assemble, sign up to become an Early Adopter by Sunday 30 November.
Assemble rollout timeline
‘Early Adopters’: 12 January – 16 February
- Early Adopters will be given access from 12 January.
Local groups and Trustees: February – April
- Groups, prioritised by those who actively provide services and are recruiting new volunteers, will be given access between February and April. Group Coordinators will be invited ahead of the rest of their group, as well as Trustees and Council Chairs.
Remaining groups and non-group volunteers: April – June
- All other volunteers, including any remaining groups and non-group volunteers, such as Project Volunteers and Council Members, will be given access to Assemble between April and June.
Why become an Early Adopter?
By becoming an Early Adopter, you’ll have the opportunity to gain access to the live system first and see how it works, update your contact details and start carrying out tasks relating to your roles (more on this to follow!).
Support
There’ll be lots of training resources in place to support you on Assemble once you have access. Why not take a peek at some of our Assemble videos now?
We’ve pulled together a short video to introduce the system, giving you a sneak peek of what it’ll do.
This video will take you through how to log into Assemble for the first time and what to do if you've forgotten your password.
In this video we talk you through the main features of the Assemble homepage.
