An update on MS Help

In our Volunteer Voice session at the end of January, we shared an update on MS Help, including key information about our new staff structure.
You can find out more about Volunteer Voice here, or sign up to attend the next one in March.
- The MS Help slides contain:
-- some statistics on the services and support we delivered in 2025
-- an introduction to MS Help and why it’s being created
-- how the new MS Help Hub will make it easier to access support
-- what local MS Help Teams are, who is in them, and how volunteers fit in
-- what’s happening next — including MS Help launch events, and our new staff teams
We’ve also created:
A diagram explaining the reporting lines for the new teams, and what they’ll be responsible for.
A full organogram for the directorate, so you can see where familiar names fit in now.
You can find all three of these documents here.
If you’re in a local group, you’ll want to know which colleagues in the new teams will be covering your area. We’re still finalising these allocations and recruiting into the team, so will share this information with you over the next few months on both the Volunteer Website and Assemble.
The volunteer support mailbox will remain open until all the MS Help teams are fully operational. So, in the meantime, please continue to contact [email protected] with any queries, and someone will get back to you.
