MS Walks 2026 - volunteers needed!

MS Walks are growing year on year, and 2026 is set to be our biggest and most inspiring yet. Every event is an opportunity to bring people together, build connections and raise essential funds to stop MS for good. This is your chance to be part of something truly meaningful - and to help make a real difference in people’s lives.
Why your involvement matters
Through our services, research, information, and support, we’re here to help people navigate life with MS - whatever that looks like for them. By taking part in MS Walks, you’re helping us move closer to a world free from MS.
Volunteer at an MS Walk
We’re inviting friendly, passionate volunteers to join us in making MS Walk 2026 an unforgettable experience.
You can get involved in Manchester, Belfast, Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow or London and support everyone who's walking, rolling or strolling to stop MS.
There are plenty of ways to get involved on the day. You might be cheering participants along the route, helping with event logistics, or handing out refreshments and medals at the finish line. Roles are flexible, with one-day commitments and shifts typically lasting between two and six hours depending on the location and role.

How your Group can join in!
We warmly invite our groups to join the MS Walks, alongside hundreds of passionate individuals, all united in raising funds to help stop MS.
MS Walks give groups a powerful opportunity to raise funds – whether for themselves or to support the wider work of the MS Society - while being part of a meaningful day that brings the MS community together. We'd love to see groups join us!
If groups wish to fundraise for their own causes, it is important to follow these necessary steps.
If you’re using Enthuse, no additional steps are needed - funds will automatically be allocated to your group.
If you’re using JustGiving, you’ll need to clearly state that you’re fundraising for your specific group in both the page title and description. This is essential for correct financial allocation and cannot be changed once set.
Bring together your volunteers, friends, family and wider community, and enjoy a welcoming walk with a powerful purpose. Every step taken and every pound raised helps us move closer to world free from MS.
