Assemble top tips
Now that all volunteers have access to Assemble, here are a few helpful tips and answers to common questions.
All volunteers have been given access to Assemble. If you haven’t yet logged in, please do take a look around. Assemble is replacing the Volunteer Website, which is being taken offline at the end of this month. You’ll therefore need to access Assemble for all important information, guidance and news relating to your role.
Having trouble logging into Assemble?
You can reset your own password by clicking the ‘Forgot password’ text underneath the login box on the Assemble page. A temporary password will be sent to the email registered to your Assemble account. If you hold an MS Society email address, this will be the email it's sent to.
Manage your Assemble email notifications
Did you know you can tailor your Assemble notifications so you can decide what you’re notified about, how, and when? To set your notification preferences, click on the bell icon at the top right of the Assemble screen and select the green ‘Settings’ text.
If you’d like to learn more about how to use Assemble, take a look at this news article for upcoming training dates. You can also check out our Assemble e-learning for guidance, examples, and video demonstrations.
