We've launched our MS Diagnosis Survey, which will shape multiple projects across the organisation.

We want to understand the experiences, needs, barriers, and gaps in support faced by people when they are diagnosed with MS.

Insights will help us:

• Identify the biggest challenges before, during, and after diagnosis
• Understand unmet emotional, informational, and practical needs
• Prioritise what matters most at the point of diagnosis
• Inform the design of a new digital support service

• Support Press with powerful stats
• Give Policy evidence to influence decision makers
• Feed into multiple newly diagnosed and cross-org projects
