Belfast resource centre official opening

Last month, MS Society staff, including CEO Nick Moberly, and members of the MS community celebrated the official opening of the Sense Belfast Hub.

The Health Minister, standing in for Her Royal Highness Princess Anne, who unfortunately was unable to attend, welcomed guests and commended the MS Society and Sense for their work delivering vital services in communities in Northern Ireland.

A modern, fit-for-purpose space

The building, owned by the MS Society until 2024, is now owned by our partner Sense, with the MS Society Northern Ireland team remaining an integral part of the site. It’s undergone significant refurbishment over the last year to transform it into a modern, fit-for-purpose space.

Stewart Finn, our Country Director for Northern Ireland, says:

‘We're delighted to be back in the building following the refurbishment. It’s a fantastic space for our staff and the MS community. Our community is central to everything we do, and we are really pleased to be sharing the building with a likeminded organisation. We look forward to continuing this partnership and shared space for many years to come.’
