An important update on MSS Designs

We want to let you know that, as part of the organisation’s cost-saving measures, we've made the very difficult decision to suspend the MSS Designs service.

All live orders will be completed and delivered, but no further orders will be taken.

We know this will be disappointing for many, but our focus is to prioritise our funds to continue providing support for people living with and impacted by MS.

We’ll be sharing new brand resources in the coming weeks and will include a further update in December’s newsletter. That update will also give you a chance to share feedback on which resources you find most helpful. We’re also looking forward to working with our new MS Help Teams in the new year to keep supporting the brilliant work you do in your groups.

FAQs

  1. Why is MSS Designs closing? MSS Designs is closing as part of necessary cost-saving measures. This decision allows us to focus our limited resources on raising the vital funds needed to support people living with MS across the UK.

  2. When did the closure take effect? Any existing orders will be fulfilled, but MSS Designs is not accepting any new orders.

  3. Can we still access previous design materials? Any materials previously provided by MSS Designs will remain available to your group where already shared. We’re unable to create or supply new materials going forward.

  4. Who can we contact for support or guidance? The Brand and Marketing team is here to help if you have questions or need guidance on using our brand, your existing resources or accessing design support. Please contact us via [email protected] and mention MSS designs in the email subject line.

  5. Will there be a replacement service in the future? At this time, there are no further MSS Designs orders being taken, and we don’t have a replacement service in place. We'll be looking to provide resources in the coming weeks to support with groups' comms and marketing activities. We'll be giving an update in the December Volunteer Newsletter and give groups the chance to feedback on the resources they find most useful. In the new year, we’ll be working with our new MS Help Teams to keep supporting all the great work you do.

  6. What if I have an urgent need for design support? While MSS Designs is no longer taking new orders, you can still contact the Brand and Marketing team for guidance on using existing resources or for advice on design support you might be able to handle directly.
