Spring into action — Write your will for free with Octopus Legacy
With spring finally on the horizon, this is a great time to plan ahead and take care of important things — like writing or updating your will.
As an MS Society volunteer, you can access a free will-writing service through our trusted partner, Octopus Legacy.
Whether you’re writing a will for the first time or updating an existing one, the process is quick, secure, and can be done from the comfort of your home.
How does it work?
Online: Visit the Octopus Legacy website and use the code MSSSTAFF to write your will for free.
Prefer to talk to someone? Call 020 4525 3605 to arrange a phone or face-to-face appointment – just mention the MS Society.

How do I find out more?
To help you learn more about writing your will, we’ll also be inviting volunteers & staff to a will-writing webinar on Thursday 5 March at midday, where Octopus Legacy will explain the will writing process, answer questions, and share helpful guidance.
Many people delay writing a will, but it’s a simple step that ensures your wishes are clear and the people and causes you care about are provided for.
There's no obligation to leave a gift to the MS Society when using our free will writing services. But if you feel able to, your gift could help transform the future for people living with MS through the research and support it will make possible.
