Assemble update - who's next?

All volunteers in our ‘priority groups’ - those that actively provide services and/or are recruiting new volunteers, along with Trustees and Council Chairs – now have access to Assemble.

If you’re a volunteer in one of our priority groups and you didn’t receive an email from us, please check your Spam and Junk inboxes. Please contact [email protected] if you still can’t find it so we can look into it for you.

If you received it, please follow the instructions to log in and take a good look around Assemble. Play with it and get used to it — you can’t break it!

Support

We have lots of support available to help you navigate the new system. We encourage you to join one of our online training sessions to get started. Details can be found on Assemble here.

Who’s next in the rollout?

Later next month, we’ll be giving all remaining Group Coordinators access to Assemble. All remaining volunteers, including volunteers who aren’t part of a local group, will be given access from the beginning of May. We’ll let you know in our April newsletter exactly when this will be.

Don’t want to wait?

If you’d like to start accessing Assemble sooner than the timelines given above, please contact [email protected]. If you’re a group volunteer, your Group Coordinator will need to be given access first.

If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact [email protected].
