Update on group donations

We know some groups have been unable to see donations made to central funds since October, and we’re currently unable to confirm amounts when groups get in touch. We recognise how frustrating this is, especially given the effort that goes into fundraising and donations.

This is a temporary issue linked to the implementation of our new CRM system and only affects donations made to central funds. Funds donated directly to group accounts are not affected. Please continue to fundraise as normal — donations are still being received, but we’re currently unable to show them clearly in the system.

For groups that receive an annual payment linked to large legacies, these payments will still be made in May as usual. We’re working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and will update you as soon as we can.
