Group contact data - interim solution in place

We recently made groups aware of an issue with how group contact permissions have been recorded. As a precaution, we temporarily paused sharing contact data with groups while we worked to resolve it.

We are still working to resolve this issue, so that you will be able to download your contact group data independently on Assemble. But until that time, we now have an interim process in place. So should you need data, you can email us at [email protected] and we will aim to get this to you as soon as possible.

We want to reassure you that there has been no compromise of anyone’s personal information. This is a process issue relating to how permissions have been captured.
