All volunteers can now access Assemble

We’re pleased to share that all volunteers now have access to our new volunteer management system, Assemble.

If you haven't received your login details from Assemble, please check your junk and/or spam folders. It would have been sent to your MS Society email if you have one. If you don’t have one, it would have been sent to the preferred email address we have for you on our database. If you still can’t find it, let us know on [email protected].

Why should you use Assemble?

It’s important that you log into Assemble on a regular basis. The new system will be the place for you to find the latest volunteering news, information/documents you’ll need to carry out your volunteering role(s) and the latest opportunities available to you.

As Assemble will be updated on a more regular basis than the Volunteer Website, Assemble should be your go-to for the most recent information. Logging in for a few minutes every week or so will ensure you’re not missing out on anything important. Now all volunteers have access to Assemble, we’ll be streamlining our monthly Volunteer Newsletter to make it more concise.

Unlike the Volunteer Website, only volunteers can access Assemble – it’s here to make your volunteering with us easier. Assemble also allows you to have more control over your personal data and enables you to connect with other volunteers through the messaging function, and much more!

You can find lots of support and suggestions on how to get started here, once you've logged on to Assemble.

What’s happening to the Volunteer Website

You’ll no longer be able to access the Volunteer Website from Tuesday 30 June. It will be taken offline. All information you previously visited the Volunteer Website for is now on Assemble.

Become an Assemble Champion

Whilst we’ve been told Assemble is intuitive and easy to use, we know getting to grips with a new system can be daunting. If you’ve been using Assemble and you’d like to support your peers to get the most out of it, why not become an Assemble Champion?

The role has been advertised on Assemble today. You can find out more here. This is a role for existing volunteers only and you'll need to be logged into Assemble to see and apply for it. The closing date for applications is Tuesday 30 June.
