Web to Print system closing down

Please note, we now have a new system in place called MS Society Designs. Please click this link to find out about the process and place orders.

We've recently been told by our Web to Print supplier that the service is closing down at the end of December. This means that groups which use the system to create and download digital and printed assets, will no longer be able to access it or make orders after 5pm on Friday 23 December.

Important dates

Here are some key dates for your diary to be aware of in the run-up to the current system closure.

Thursday 15 December is the deadline for ordering any printed items you want to receive before Christmas, any orders for printed items submitted after this date until the system closure on Friday 23 December will be completed in January.

Finding a solution

We’re sorry for the short notice and for any inconvenience caused. This decision is entirely out of our control. We appreciate that some groups frequently use and rely on this service and we’re looking at an interim solution to provide the support and materials needed, whilst we also develop a longer-term solution.

We’ll share an update on our interim plan in the next volunteer newsletter in December.

Get involved

We want to ensure our long-term solution better meets the needs of our groups. So, we’ll be looking for group volunteers and individuals to tell us what works and what doesn’t, and help us develop it. We’ll share more information on how you can be involved early next year.
