Assemble is live for Early Adopters! Rollout next steps

Early Adopters – volunteers who signed up to be the first to use Assemble – have started logging on this week!

If you’re an Early Adopter and did not receive your login email on Monday, please email [email protected] so we can assist you.

We’ll be rolling out Assemble to other volunteers from February onwards. You can read more about our rollout plans here.

Next steps for Group Coordinators, Trustees and Council Chairs

Trustees, Council Chairs and Group Coordinators of groups that actively provide services and are recruiting new volunteers will receive an email with their log-in details from mid-February. Other volunteers in these groups will be given access shortly after their Group Coordinator.

We’ll be in touch via email the week before you receive your login details to make sure you have all the information and resources you need.

Next steps for remaining groups and non-group volunteers

All other volunteers, including any remaining groups and non-group volunteers (such as Project Volunteers and Council Members), will be invited to log on to Assemble between April and June. We’ll keep you updated in your monthly newsletter.

Don’t want to wait?

If you’d like to start accessing Assemble sooner than the timelines given above, please contact [email protected]. If you’re a group volunteer, your Group Coordinator will need to be given access first as part of the rollout of Assemble in February. This is so they can support the rest of their group to start using Assemble.
