The MS Society is legally required to ensure that all individuals who use or record people’s data on its behalf receive regular training. If volunteers don’t understand how to keep data safe, we can’t give access to systems which hold personal information.
It will support you to overcome fear of data breaches. The eLearning covers how to recognise a data breach and get help. The worst thing to do is ignore a breach.
Criminals trying to steal data for personal gain are becoming more sophisticated. The eLearning will support you to stay vigilant.
