In our Volunteer Newsletter on Thursday 10 November, we told you that the Web to Print service is closing down at the end of December. And that we’d be exploring interim solutions to provide the support and materials needed whilst we develop a longer-term solution. You can read more about this, as well as important dates to note, here.
We wanted to let you know that in early January 2023 we’re planning to have a designer available to support you with any design requirements that you originally received from the Web to Print system.
New Templates
We’ve listened to all feedback we’ve received over the years around the needs and challenges from local groups to support their marketing. And we’ll work closely with the designer to create brand-new refreshed templates. The templates will include all items created on Web to Print over the past two years.
How to work with the designer/templates
We’ll provide clear guidance and information on how to request your order in the new year via the Volunteer Website and newsletter, so keep a look out.
The turnaround time will be a bit longer than you’re used to, so the Marketing Team will be working with you on every request to help make it as efficient as possible.

Web to Print replacement plans
Discussions are continuing around a long-term solution with the charity leadership groups about how we can ensure we can support a better replacement for Web to Print.
Once this has been completed, we’d really value your input to find the right solution. Vix Proctor (Head of Marketing and Brand) and David Light (Head of Volunteering and Community Networks) are leading on this discussion.
We’ll share more information on how you can be involved early next year.

Printed items BEFORE Christmas – 15th December 2022
Last day of access to Web2Print – 23rd December 2022 (any print orders placed by this date will be fulfilled in January 2023)
