Fundraising with people in vulnerable circumstances policy

This new policy sets out how we assist and protect our supporters to ensure they make an informed decision about the financial support they choose to give us. The accompanying guidance document addresses how we identify and respond to people in vulnerable circumstances, including a list of behavioural signs to be aware of and providing a duty of care. It covers making and communicating a decision to accept or decline support, as well as further action that may be required.
