HSV: 132 - Property induction form - portable appliance tester

The competent portable appliance tester is responsible for agreeing a process with the shop manager and then ensuring it is in place. All the elements of this form will be checked as part of the annual property audit so they will need to be able to show the auditor what the test involves, how they deal with equipment whether it passes or fails, the test records for all the equipment tested and anything else that is relevant.
