Gender pay gap reporting 2018

As you may know, any organisation that has 250 employees or more must publish and report specific figures about their gender pay gap. The first report is taken at April 2017 and is due to be published by 4 April 2018, and then annually.

The gender pay gap is the difference between the average hourly earnings of men and women, relative to men’s earnings. It’s not the same as equal pay for equal work, which has rightly been a legal requirement for many years.
