MS Society staff support
As a fundraising volunteer, there are a number of staff teams who may support you.
Supporter Care Team
The Supporter Care Team is your point of contact for store collection and licensing queries, and fundraising location concerns. They also provide online shop technical support and you can contact them to report and request replacement of MS Society items that have been damaged in transit.

Local Networks Officers
Local Network Officers (LNOs) work alongside our MS Society groups, supporting them to offer safe, effective services to people affected by MS. Your LNO is your point of contact for fundraising planning and recruitment advice.

Area Fundraisers
Area Fundraisers (AFs) work with MS Society groups and community volunteers to develop fundraising activities and projects to increase MS Society income. Area Fundraisers focus on innovative activities and those that need specialised support. Your group may be taking part in a pilot being run by an Area Fundraiser.
